Foil welding with regulators or TSR
During film welding, impulse welding or PE film welding, there is a high inrush current which causes the fuse to blow and the machine to fail. In order to completely avoid this problem, a transformer inrush switch is used. This ensures that no failure can occur due to the inrush. It also enables the appliance to be switched quickly and safely.

Applications: Temperature controller, TPRA, TPRB, TPRC, PIREG
This application is suitable for impulse welding of plastic films that are heated via metal strips. The metal strips are fed from the transformer secondary side and brought to the set temperature within 0.1 - 0.8 seconds.
The temperature controller-TPRC... regulates the temperature of the metal strips on the primary side of the transformer to the nearest degree C. The voltage and current are measured by the controller directly at the metal sealing strip and the temperature is calculated from this because the controller knows the Tk.

Temperature control with the TSRL transformer switch
Control the temperature by switching the transformer on and off with the TSRL. The simplest solution.

The TSRL is the best solution for welds that do not require tightness, such as welding a new roller to the web of the old roller. The transformer can be optimized and costs can be saved.
